Keep Your Rosaries off of my Ovaries

Well, let's see, no abortions, abstinence only sex education, and if you want the morning after pill, the FDA is going to have think on that a bit longer before allowing you to have it, lowly woman...

Tell the
FDA to stop restricting access to emergency contraceptive.

And read about an inspiring woman who travels the world by sea in order to provide safe abortion services to women in countries were abortion is illegal.

And I do love the fact that "President Bush Supports Abortion Foes in Protest" "

"This is the path of the culture of life that we seek for our country," Bush said by phone from Camp David, Md. ...HUH? While he seeks 80 billion to continue the War in Iraq, while Donald Rumsfield will not even speak by phone to a group of grieving parents of soldiers who were killed in the Iraq War, while he targets Iran instead of joining in disarmament talks that European nations have repeatedly asked the US to participate in.
The right wing abortion stance has nothing to do with saving life, and everything to do with rolling back the rights of, and the lifestyles of most Americans.

Humm, abortion, why do men(especially those in government) think that they have any say about what a woman does with her body. IF it is a crime against religious beliefts that that is for the woman to decide and the consequences her own. STOP trying to eliminate FREEDOM.

Well said, Zelda.
And, if you are against abortion, then don't have one!
Against abortion, then have a vasectomy!
Against abortion then wear a condom!
Against abortion, then just masturbate!
Against abortion, make the morning after pill available!

But no, it isn't about abortion, abstinence only programs, or making emergency contraceptives easily available.
It is all about the control.
